President
Maya Simmons Rogers
Ms. Simmons Rogers, is a mother, FAMU grad, and lawyer who has the awesome privilege of assisting businesses and individuals navigate the inevitable legal mazes of life. She provides a wide range of professional legal services to businesses, non-profits, and individuals.
In addition, her firm provides cost-effective mediation and arbitration services in a professional environment conducive to successful dispute resolution.

She assisted Nic's Kicks, Inc. founder, Daniel Rogers, by helping him form this 501(c)(3) with the initial goal of hosting sneaker shoe sprees to honor his father, the late Nicholas Rogers aka DJ NiRo.

Treasurer
Raven Foster
Mrs. Raven Foster is a FAMU grad, proud mom of two boys and a software engineer. She has been in her profession for over 20 years. She is currently taking on a dual role as a Senior Software Engineer and Scrum Master at Lockheed Martin. Prior to becoming the treasurer for Nic's Kicks, she served as the treasurer of the North Paulding High School Band Boosters in Dallas, GA from 2020 - 2022. In addition to these activities, she is the co-founder and COO of Foster & Foster Creative Solutions, a residential architecture company that serves clients across the southeast.

Courtney Walker
Ms. Walker is a busy professional focusing on engaging business owners, C-suite and Human Resource professionals in Fortune 500 and 1000 companies to provide custom employee benefit solutions that empower executives to offer progressive financial resources to increase employee productivity, large scale financial wellness & ROI.​​

Imani Jackson
Imani McClinton-Jackson graduated from the Florida A&M University in Tallahassee, FL, with a B.S. in Business Administration and a concentration in Accounting. She is currently working on her Masters of Business Administration. In recent years, she was able to apply her administrative acumen as the Executive Assistant to the SVP and Comptroller of Southern Company Gas, providing key support to employees regarding compliance issues. Her prior position was at the CDC as Executive Assistant to the Director of Appropriations.​

Kimberly Lawson
Kimberly Lawson is an International Best-Selling Author, Business Coach & Strategist, Podcast Host, and Speaker Kimberly Lawson, is passionate about helping people around the world attain true happiness and more success amid great challenges. She is equipped with sound consulting principles and well-validated techniques, which produces amazing results.

Kabria Smith
Kabria Smith is a Tallahassee,FL native with over 10 years of experience providing premier customer service and support to peers and patrons. She’s a serial entrepreneur with multiple successful businesses under her belt in the beauty and hospitality industry. She most recently obtained her Real Estate License in the state of Florida, and is focused on helping first time home buyers reach their goals through proper education.
Her keen eye for detail and unorthodox techniques used to network and market are undoubtedly great assets to add to an already wonderfully curated team of professionals. Her favorite quote to live by is simple “Live.Laugh.Love. “ Live life to the fullest, Laugh until you cry, and Love with your whole heart.

Jarrod Y. Burch
Jarrod Burch is an attorney with The Mabra Firm. A native of Sylvester, GA, Jarrod is a proud veteran of the United States Army, where he received several medals and honors in recognition of his service. Prior to joining The Mabra Firm, Jarrod spent a decade in the classroom as a legal studies professor. He also worked with several local and state lawmakers.

Jarrod received his Juris Doctor from the University of Georgia, where he was on the school’s champion Moot Court and Mock Trial teams, and received his Bachelor’s from Albany State University, where he served as student government president.
